WHAT WE BELIEVE

At Cokesbury United Methodist Church, we believe in the triune God (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit) and the historic Christian faith, emphasizing the teachings, life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. We believe in the ongoing work of the Holy Spirit and the importance of scripture, tradition, reason, and experience in our faith. A key aspect of our faith is our commitment to social justice and putting faith into action as demonstrated through ministries of compassion and service.
